Dawn CTS failure expectations browser

Instructions
  1. Load an expectations file from your filesystem. E.g. webgpu-cts/expectations.txt.
  2. Browse:
    • Interacting with the tests, by test path:
      • Move the pointer over a rectangle to see its path in the WebGPU CTS tree.
      • Rectangles are sized by the number of rows in the expectations file with that path.
      • Increase the level of detail with the slider, or with "less" and "more" buttons.
      • Zoom in and out.
      • Click on a rectangle to focus only on nodes in that subtree.
      • Click again to expose more detail.
      • Shift-click to expand focus back out to the parent. (shift/alt/meta/ctrl all act the same)
    • Interacting with the tests, by tag:
      • Move the pointer over a circle to see the number of tests with that tag.
      • Click a circle to push that tag onto the filter list.
      • Shift-click (on any circle) to pop a tag off the filter list.
